These SMS Messaging Terms govern text messages sent by Scale Bots Direct, operated by SB Integrated Solutions LLC.
Scale Bots Direct may send SMS or MMS messages to people who have affirmatively opted in to the applicable messaging category. Messages may include customer-service responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, service or account updates, requested follow-up communications, and—when the recipient has separately consented—marketing or promotional communications.
Website visitors may opt in by entering their mobile telephone number into a Scale Bots Direct website form and affirmatively checking the applicable unchecked SMS consent checkbox before submitting the form. The checkbox is not preselected. Informational/transactional consent and marketing/promotional consent are collected separately when both categories are offered.
